Objective - International Network

The objective of the IDEAS Foundation’s International Network is to establish links and open space for international cooperation and discussion on current issues with progressive think tanks and foundations around the world to:
 

  • design collaborative activities
  • carry out studies and collaborative projects
  • exchange experiences
  • optimize efforts, resources and manpower

 

The Organizations we work with

The think tanks and foundations we closely work with include:

  • the historic German Social Democrat Friedrich Ebert Foundation
  • the prestigious Center for American Progress, a think tank very close to the current Democratic White House
  • the European Progressive Foundation, Foundation for European Progressive Studies (FEPS), linked to the Party of European Socialists
  • Policy Network in the U.K.

Additionally, as an effort to generate and strengthen the global networks of progressive thinking, we have included African organizations to our network through the African Progress activity, besides enlarging the International Network of the IDEAS to Latin America and Asia. In this context we organize several activities and programs, among which there are:
